Paper Writing U.S.A Terms & Conditions

Our Agreement is that we (Paper Writing U.S.A) acts as an Agency, on behalf of the Principal (Expert Writer), with You ( the Customer)

    1.Paper Writing is an Agency where professional experts are able to sell their work to their customers
    2. The customer engages Paper Writing U.S.A to find an expert ( the "Principal") so as to carry out research services to the customer at the time of agreement as per the set out terms and conditions.
    3.The Agency reserves the right to refuse any order as they may deem necessary. At such times, the entire amount of that particular order is refunded to the Customer as per the terms of that order
    4.In case the customer is not as satsfied by the order , they are allowed to use the set out remedies as set out on the this agreement
    5.The The Customer is not allowed to contact the Principal (exert) directly. The agency will act as intermediary between the them

Term of Appointment

    1.The agreement is initialised once the Agency receives payments from the Customer and allocated the Principal that particular order

    2.The agreement will continue up to untill the time period specified has expired unless the same is terminated earlier as a pre-cursor of some other condition

Paper Writing Services

    1.The agency will look for a suitable expert in order to complete the order that the customer has plavced. The level of qualification that the epert has is chosen by the agency

    2.The Agency reserves the rights to the skill and judgement used to allocate a suitable expert , based on qualifications, eperiences as well as quality of service required and the requirements of the Cusrtomer.

    3. After the order has been assgned to an expert, the customer agrees that the contract is binding and thus it cannot be cancelled.

Co-operation between All Parties

    1. The Customer will ensure that they give the Agency all the neccessry materials for the order and make certain that such details are clear, accurate and complete.

    2. The Agency will do their level best to provide the customer with a competent research paper. The customer will make it easy for the agency an the principal to attain this by providing all necessary information at the time of the initial ordering. In addition, the customer will co-operate with the agency whenever thee is a nee to have additional information to furnish the processing of the order.

    3. If the customer fails to co-operati in due time, then "Initial Time of Delevery " for hat particular order will not apply. In addition, theagency will not accept responsibility for any inadequencies resulting from the customers lack of co-operation.

Authenticity and Approvals

    1. The Agency will contact the Customer using the contact details such as emails provided by the customer for confirmation of further details.

    2. The customer acknowledges that the agency assumes that the instructions sent through these contact details come from the customer.

Changes to Work in Progress

    1.The customer is allowed to make changes to their order details after their order has been assigned to a writer. The changes are, however, not approved until the writer agreees on them.

    2.The Customer may rovide the agency with additional information to give the expert, provided that such information does not conflict with the initial orders of the assignment.

    3.When a customer provides additional instructions or information after an order has already been assigned to a writer(expert), and it does not violate any conditions, such as being in conflict with initial instructions, the expert may require some additional fees to cover the time needed to make these new changes. The additional fee is negotiated by the Agency on behalf of the expert. In addition, the Customer acknowledges that such adjustments may come with some deadline extensions and the expert/agency is not to be held responsible for the delay from the initial deadline.

Changes on Orders that have been completed

    1.The agency agrees that in cases where a customer feels disatsfied with their completed orders, the customer may ask for changes/revision to the work within 7 days from the time the final deadline of the order was set. Such changes will be done for free. However, changes that are requested after 7 days are changed as per the negotiated terms between the customer and the agency.

    3.When a customer provides additional instructions or information after an order has already been assigned to a writer(expert), and it does not violate any conditions, such as being in conflict with initial instructions, the expert may require some additional fees to cover the time needed to make these new changes. Fees

    1.The aggregate amounts indicated on the website include the Agency's commission, the experts charges and the VAT charges.

Terms of Payment

    1.Once the Agency has found a qualified writer/expert to handle the Customer's order, they will contact the Customer through email to have the payments done.

    2.In case the agency accepts to take deposit rather than full amout for the order, the Customer acknowledges that the balance will be paid to the Agency before the work is submitted to them

    3.The Customer agrees that any refunds are done according to the refund policies indicated. As such full refunds are only allowed as per the indicated conditions and discretions of the Agency

Payment Up Front

    1.The Customer may more often be asked to pay upfront in order for the agency to secure an expert that is able to complete the work

    2.In case the Customer has paid up front and the agency is not able to find a suitable expert for that particular order,then the customer can be refunded fully for their order

Copyriight and Fair Usage

    1.The Customer agrees that the work supplied from the Agency's service remains the copyright of the expert

    2.Once the Customer receives the work, they get the exclusive rights to own a copy for use as an example/model answer. They do not acquire the right to submit such papers as their original work. They are not allowed a right to re-distribute, display, sell or indulge in ways that may compromise the copyrights of such.

    3.The Customer agrees to the fair use terms and conditions fully
